Review: All around, Lotte City Hotel Guro is a wonderful hotel. I always love my stay here.

Positive points: Maybe be biased because I went from military accommodations to this hotel for a couple nights, but absolutely amazing. Comfortable modern rooms with all the bells and whistles. (Your room key goes in a small slot by the door inside the room to activate the lights, television, and a/c)

Review: They cleaned the Room everyday and gave us water bottles everyday. Very clean hotel, good location.
Positive points: Clean, convenient, easy to travel, the train station is not too far away. There is an airportbus stop just in front of the hotel.
Negative points: The mattress is too soft.

Review: Stayed here in mid march and its already turning warm. The A/c could not turn cold and kept gushing out warm wind. The room was so hot it woke me up twice. Contacted concierge but nothing was fixed.

Negative points: There are few signs in the rooms indicating on ecological reasons for not providing guests stuff like tooth brush and razors as accepted here....nnWhile at the same time they put 1 time use cups in the rooms...ninstead of regular ones. nThats makes it seems like a way to save money for hotel not like taking care of environment
