Lantana Riverside Hoi An Hotel

Review: Bedroom spacious and comfortable. Pillows were snuggly. I had a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast though wasn't appetising in the range of dishes offered. I would have wanted some porridge.
Anyway, it's one place I would return :)

Positive points: The hotel is wonderful, everything was pleasant, great location you simply don't want to check out. They provide a shuttle service to downtown and bikes are available.
The breakfast was delicious.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

Review: We stayed 2 night at Lantana Riverside. We traveled with elderly parents and young kids so the family connecting room was superb. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had vide choice for breakfast menu and variety of vegetarian food. The manager Lisa made sure everything went on smooth and we had a pleasant stay at Lantana. Her hospitality is first class and we all were so happy here.

Positive points: Wonderful hotel right on river and 15 mins walk along riverside to old town . Lisa Pham and her very efficient team of warm, welcoming and friendly staff were exceptional and gave us VIP treatment throughout our weeks stay there . They organised everything to perfection for us. Food delishous . We travel a lot . This is one of the best ever , especially river facing rooms. Outstanding value for money . Free bicycles , lovely pool and sauna

Review: Staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional. We were welcomed with drinks and towels, and they proactively helped us to shift our luggage from the car to the rooms. Daily breakfast was delicious with great variety. Check out process was also very smooth. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Review: Of the 10 hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam, this hotel is at the top. A lovely balcony overlooking the river, extra large Bed, centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, and wonderful pool. What more could ask for?

Positive points: Small older hotel, not fancy, but comfortable and has everything you need. Rooms were a good size. Some rooms appear to be renovated and look like the photos - ours was not. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. In a quiet location, around 20+ mins walk to old town - great for walking or biking in the cooler months, but would probably need to take the free taxi service during warmer months.

Review: We had a great time in lantana. Lisa, Anna, Alice and Minh were very helpful to us making our stay more comfortable. We left some important package in our room and they were honest to return it. The breakfast is really good with a lot of choices for the guests. Sally the manager is also a great help since I booked lantana with my friends before.
