K'STAY Sinchon

Review: I had a wonderful experience on my trip to South Korea. The hotel was very conveniently located near the train station and bus stop, and there were many interesting restaurants around. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. There was also a convenient laundry space. I really liked this accommodation. If I get the chance to go to South Korea again, I will still choose this hotel.

Review: I’ve been traveling in seoul 5-6 times. This place is one of the best guest houses with full facilities, very thing you need is here. Clean and helpful staff. Host is fast responses.

Positive points: Among all that I love with this hotel is its location. It’s close to everything you need - restaurants, cafes, convenience store, mall, drugstore, etc and even subway stations and bus stop. It’s also more lovely during spring because the whole street is lined up with cherry blossom trees. They also collect the trash every day and even did housekeeping once in our 9-day stay. Overall, I’m really glad I was able to stay here. The next time I go back to Korea, this will still be my top option.

Review: I had a really good stay here as a solo traveller. It's not too far from Sinchon Station, the elevator is a big help as I was alone with 2 luggages, the room is big enough for 1 person also complete with all the things I needed. Thank you so much!

Positive points: The location was so good - nearby convenience stores at the doorstep and the station literally a minute walk away. The rooms are clean, I like the amenities (though shared).

Review: Location คือดีมาก ล้อมรอบด้วยร้านอาหารlocal อร่อย, G25 คือเลี้ยวซ้ายถึงเลย nเดินออกไปก็เป็นโซนคึกครื้นกับย่านนักศึกษา ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่หลากหลาย ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ nnห้องให้vibe เหมือนหอพักนักศึกษานะ มีส่วนกลางซึ่งโอเคเลย ซักผ้าทุกวัน 555 พื้นมีฮีตเตอร์อุ่นกำลังดี แต่ไม่ชอบแค่layout ห้องน้ำ อาบน้ำทีไรเปียกทั้งห้องน้ำ เพราะไม่ได้แบ่งโซนเปียกโซนแห้ง แต่โดยรวมชอบมาก กลับมาอีกแน่นอน

Review: I stayed for 3+1 nights and it was a complete pleasure of mine to recommend staying here. The location is good (around 4-5 mins walking from sinchon station), the staff was great (hyejeong has been very patient answering all my queries and was very prompt too!), the room was good enough (at least for me as i’m a solo traveler hence space not really an issue but if you travel more than 1 pax, space is quite limited to store ur luggage and other stuff)

Positive points: Very responsive and helpful host, provides clear instructions. Location ideal—near public transportation stations (bus, subway), shopping stores, restaurants, clean room with amenities.

Review: Good location, walking distance from train station (Line 2) and airport bus stop. 1 stop from Hongdae street.nSurrounded by many shops and restaurants. The owner is good too.

Positive points: I've stayed here more than 3x already and each time I always get to appreciate how lovely this place is. I highly recommend this to my friends and family. I love the proximity of the location towards the city center and everything happening inside Seoul. The room that I booked is perfect for me, as a solo traveler. It's very clean and cozy. Host is very warm too!

Review: the room was so good! clean, comfort and near the popular area. You just walk out from the hotel around 3mins to sinshon subway station. The staffs were good and kind too

Review: The fridge/ air-conditioner in my room at night keeps making noises in some kind of intervals, i couldn’t sleep at all.

Positive points: Walking distance to Sinchon Station and bus stops. Convenient stores right next door, restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Area is safe until late. Elevator is working well (guesthouse is on 5th and 6th floor).nClean, room is quite spacious (I can open my medium sizes suitcase) and still has room to walk around from the bed to bathroom. nWater pressure in the shower is good, hot water works well too. Unusual arrangement for the shower curtain though. nBed is neither soft nor hard, so I am ok. Got two pillows and a soft blanket. AC works well. There’s TV but I did not use it. Wifi in the room works well. Power plugs next to bed (with USB ports) & travel adapters are provided on the bed side table. Very thoughtful.nComplimentary bottled water in the refrigerator. Hair dryer is available in the drawer.nTrash is collected daily, but I specifically requested to not have my room made up. nMy host contacted me prior to my arrival and gave me instructions on how to get there & informed me that my room was ready.nCommon area is on the 6th floor. So pantry as well as washing machines (laundry), ironing board are available in the common area.
