While the location is excellent-- there are several food options within meters of the property, the high rating for this, and many other properties in Hanoi, is very questionable. Maybe it is a positive that I was offered a free night at the hotel after my horrible experience, but when I attempted to take advantage of the free night--once again, no response.
I marvel at the high ratings that many 'hotels' in Hanoi enjoy. I live in HCMC and came to visit Hanoi for my bday and to finish up some legal work. It was my first encounter with the notoriously awful customer service that many Southerners say is indicative of people up north. I arrived to the location, on top of a Banh Mi restaurant (with an angry looking employee). The customer service team was completely unresponsive to my calls and texts. Due to the awkwardness of being alone with an angry restaurant employee, I did not feel comfortable waiting in the restaurant. I had to leave and go somewhere else--during a thunderstorm. I then get a message telling me to go to a property at a different location. I immediately thought that it was a SCAM. A few of these scams exist in Saigon. I gave up, and found a property in a similar price range. I thoroughly enjoyed that apt.
Sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, giá cả hợp lí, thoải mái thoáng mát
Chủ nhà support siêu nhiệt tình ạ, vị trí thuận tiện trung tâm
Mình book phòng muộn, nên tới phải đợi dọn phòng cỡ 20 phút. Hợp cho ai chỉ cần chỗ nghỉ chân ngắn. Vị trí ngoài mặt đường lớn dễ tìm.
Tận tình với khách hàng , anh chủ dễ thương lắm nhaa , phòng sạch đẹp ổn áp lắm í
Refund isn’t processed even after a few days . Cancelled and inform me a day before in Vietnamese . Which can’t understand . On the day of arrival . It’s in a diff building . And they tell me they don’t agree to the 30% price of agoda . Well don’t confirm booking then . Unapologetic and blunt. Met the proprietor with a I don’t , care no rooms unless you pay this new rate today, dishonest , unproffesonal
장점: Địa điểm dễ tìm, gần Ga Hà Nội rất tiện.
The room is bigger than I thought, and it's also beautiful. nThere is a restaurant operating downstairs. nI arrived too early, so my place hasn't been cleaned up very well.
Rất tốt

This is my first time going home, but the experience was truly wonderful. The host was very enthusiastic and polite, the amenities were complete, and the schedule for coming and going was comfortable. Everything was just fantastic.
후기: phòng rộng, đẹp. a siêu chủ nhiệt tình
