럭스 파라다이스 레지던스 똔득탕 (Luxe Paradise Residence Ton Duc Thang)

후기: The reception room doesn't look like the picture.

후기: I was surprised when I arrived here. I'm not sure if I went to the wrong place. There is no reception at the hotel, and I don't know who to contact. The first floor is set up for meditation or something, which is very intrusive. My room is also on the first floor. The soundproofing is terrible. In the early morning, I woke up to loud noise as if I were lying on the street. The room is very spacious but poorly arranged. There are no tissues, no bedside lamp, the bathroom has no hot water, and the layout is very awkward.

후기: I couldn't stay in this room because there were guests coming in and the other room was blocked on the app. I've already paid through the app, filed a complaint, but haven't received my money back. I need Home to help resolve this with Agoda for me.

장점: Hơi khó tìm, dễ nhầm lẫn muốn kiếm thì phải hỏi bác bảo vệ kế bên

후기: I booked a place to stay for my family and informed the host about the arrival time, requesting a contact number. However, when my guests arrived:n1. They called the provided number but no one answered. The host asked someone else to come and open the room, but they could not get it open.n2. The staff's attitude was extremely poor, showing no concern for the guests and not resolving the issue.n3. It wasn't until 11 PM that I was able to contact someone from the Agoda page, and she said she was not managing the online service and needed to check again, but there was no response or apology or any form of compensation. My family had to leave IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to find new accommodations.nI feel very disappointed and need an apology from the accommodation.

후기: Mỗi phòng ngủ đều bẩn, có mùi hôi và không sạch sẽ. Nhân viên không dọn dẹp đúng cách để khách lưu trú. Cần phải xem xét lại. Cảm ơn!
