후기: Friendly staff, clean room.
장점: Good location
단점: Hot water did not work
후기: its too small & noisy. furthermore, it has no place for parking
단점:
i paid online full amount and deduct from my bank.
but when i arrived hotel they said the payment not yet done and you have to pay cash.
so i paid cash. one week i follow up with hotel they said not yet received. once i back to bank they confirmed that hotel received the payment. i sent many communications there is no reply from hotel side
후기:
its quite noisy and the room is
quite small. furthermore, it has no place for parking
장점: Location & price.
단점: No window.
후기: Overall very good.
장점: The service was decent.
단점: It was very noisy, making it hard to sleep. The first night in particular, the room opposite us (which seemed to be rented out on a permanent basis) was making lots of noise until 2 am and then again at 7am. This meant we only got 5 hours sleep. They then moved us to the bottom floor, which was better but still noisy. The other aspects of the hotel was okay but nothing special. If you want to go, I recommend avoiding the top floor and bottom floor rooms.
후기: Ksan sạch sẽ, nvien thân thiện, địa điểm trung tâm
장점: The staff were wonderful!
단점: Nothing. Everything was great!
후기: The first bad impression that girl from reception slept on the sofa. I have to wake her up. So terrible. The next day no clean the room. The second day ask reception to clean our room, they still do nothing until we came back at midnight. We called the manager and he said he will do something but no response from him until now. very bad impression and no coming back again for sure. We stayed on Dec27-29, 2024.
장점: Location
단점: Room size
후기: You are a warm and lovely employee.
장점: Comfy clean beds and clean room and bathroom.
단점: Hot water in the shower went after 2 mins so it was cold
후기: Các bạn lễ tân rất thân thiện , địa điểm tiện lợi đi các nơi như phố cổ , cà phê đường tàu , phố tống duy tân . Phòng sạch và đẹp
장점: Great location. Was really easy to walk to all the main places in Hanoi. The girl at reception was so lovely and helpful!
단점: My room didn’t have a window and that wasn’t stipulated at the time of booking
후기: Phòng rất ẩm thấp và hôi. Không có cửa sổ nên rất bí. Đồ đạc trong phòng rất cũ kỹ
장점: The hotel very comfortable and very nice i love this place and the girl very helpful with big smile the location amazing i will come back next time
후기:
