A25 프리미엄 호텔 - 15 쩐 꾸옥 또안 (A25 Premium Hotel - 15 Tran Quoc Toan)

후기: The hotel is centrally located and convenient for travel. The room is fully equipped. The room is cleaned twice a day. The attitude of the staff varies some are attentive and cheerful, while others are curt. The staff handling the checkout process were slow and bureaucratic, wasting a lot of the guests' time.

장점: Excellent hotel in Hoan Kiem, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, soft beds, A/C, heater, WiFi, attention to minute details, decent breakfast is included.

후기: Hài lòng và có dịp sẽ đặt lại

장점: Property is in very good area not too busy compared to rest of hotels based. Good restaurants and coffee shops around. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Toiletries provided are really top notch high quality products. Staff member went over and above and offered to take me looking for an ATM after he finished his shift I’m sorry I didn’t take his name. Staff also come assist immediately when there is a problem with something in the room or you request anything.
