장점: A flexible trip with no fixed plans—a huge thank to Alex at the front desk, whose warm recommendations and exceptional attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. His enthusiasm and helpfulness truly stood out.
The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Special thanks to Tommy for assisting with the noise issue caused by guests in the upstairs room.
The hotel is located in a bustling area with great access to amenities, yet it’s tucked inside a quiet alley, making it very peaceful.
The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a washer-dryer, a small kitchen, and both heating and air conditioning. The photos match the official website perfectly.

후기: Although there are steps leading to the hotel reception, the staff were quick to assist with our pram whenever we go in or out of the hotel. When I complained about the cleanliness of the floor, it was addressed during the daily cleaning. Very comfortable bed and great place to stay. Will return for the great staff service. Keep up the good work.

장점: Clean centrally located hotel. Beds very comfortable. Rooms quiet. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially Tommy. Adequate breakfast.

후기: Will come back soon again

장점: Wonderful place. Was happy to stay here with family. Convenient 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms allowed to stay comfortably in the city. Very helpful and friendly people working in hotel made stay even better.

후기: Great apartment, 2 rooms with living and dining plus kitchen and washer. Suitable for family bonding time. Very clean and helpful staff.

장점: It was really good. Appreciate a lot the help of people working there with organizing the tour, suggesting places in the city and just being very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Daisy and Alex. Place id especially great for traveling with family or two couples. 😊

후기: Stayed here for the washing machine as we had a few days to go in halong bay and hanoi.

Staff was well trained and speaks fluent English. Didn't have breakfast as we couldn't wake up early. The staff were nice to allow us to leave a luggage while we went on halong bay cruise for 2 nights.

Bedframe was a hazard as I knocked my shin against it and had a bruise for days. The bottom coners were extended beyond the mattress itself. Just be careful.

장점: Staff members Tommy and Andrew were exceptionally nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we get as much of this trip as we could. They were always willing to help, provide information, and facilitate our plans. I wish them all the best for the future and would rate their service 12 out of 10.

I have booked two rooms. when i aksed if we could get rooms for us and our children on the same floor, Tommy upgraded our rooms for free so that we could be right across from each other.

Location was excellent.

Breakfast was okay

후기: It was a very big and clean room There is a washing machine/ dryer so that you can wash clothes while you are sleeping. The staff is very helpful. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends

장점: All the staff. Hannah. Alex. Tommy. There were a few . Everyone i needed something out of the ordinary they accommodated. Eg. I didn't want to lose my seat for the train coming but my phone was low on battery and it was getting cold as I waiting 2 hours for an insta video post. They actually brought me my jacket and battery to me

후기: We had a comfortable 7-night stay in this serviced apartment.

장점: Well managed small Hotel, great location. Good facilities incl. daily breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

후기: The excellence of this hotel reveals itself after a number of days in Hanoi for first timers. Firstly, it is very centrally located but still very quiet compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter. We had the 2 bedroom family apartment which is spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and a washer/dryer. Breakfast is wonderful and is served at their sister hotel nearby. The kitchen pumps out delicious food with amazing efficiency, we loved the crepes for breakfast. Good water pressure and beds were firm yet soft, sleeps like a dream. Awesome place with wonderful staff especially Michael, who is almost a superstar on his own right, his easy efficiency is unmatched. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

장점: Excellent small well located hotel. Both of our stays were very good. Breakfast was good as well. Professional and friendly staff. Felt like home in many respects.
