FTE 바딘 (FTE BA DINH)

후기: Very nice size of rooms but far away from old quarters. Limited buffet options for food for indian veg but so is the case for most hotels in vietnam. nnMorning lot of people leave for day tours by 7.30 am . So the breakfast area gets cramped. Small restaurant. Staff courtesy is not as polished as rhe hotel is. Little overpriced considering staff courtesy being nor upto mark. Otherwise room size is good.

장점: I loved the spa especially the foot massage.

후기: The hotel is beautiful, but they need to work in the cleaning in all the areas. My room was not properly cleaned, but I appreciate their quick and positive response. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The hotel has everything to be a great hotel. But like I said they need to improve with the cleaning in the whole hotel.

장점: Our stay at the FTE Ba Dinh Hotel was fantastic! The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities such as the gym, pool and spa were all clean and easy to access. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food at the hotel was also delicious.

후기: Overall a nice hotel. Room was pretty small and lacked hooks and suitcase space. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working very well. Couldn’t use the swimming pool because of some function booked

장점: The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

후기: One of the worst experiencesn- Location- not great- far from main attractions. Better to book in Old quarters or French quarters. No view eithern- Check-in- we reached at 2:30 and we were told it will take further 1 hour. Half day gone.n- Rooms- we were told city view. One room was totally dark with all four walls. Other room had very bad view of nearby building which was hardly few feet away. (See photo). Definitely not city viewn- Room quality- there was dead cockroach in the roomn- No liquid in shower gel.n- Breakfast - bad- orange juice had no orange flavor. Overall average breakfast

장점: Great property. Beautiful place. The staffs are awesome and very helpful. We had a great time staying there.

후기: I had a truly pleasant stay at FTE BA Dinh. As a frequent business traveler, I found it to be an excellent choice, equally suitable for families. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, readily addressing all my requests. I particularly appreciate their accommodating my early and late check-in requests, which made my trip much smoother.

장점: Large room with a very comfortable bed. Extremely friendly & welcoming staff. Great breakfast.

후기: Very helpful staff and good breakfast

장점: I stayed at FTE for a business trip. It was clean, quiet location, breakfast buffet was decent, staff were courteous and friendly

후기: Great place, close to a lot of food vendors

장점: Nice Location, Good facilities, friendly staff, and delicious food

후기: Nice, clean and chic hotel but quite a bit of distance from hanoi central town area. That was the only qualm. Everything else was perfect

장점: The hotel itself is very nice — friendly and helpful staff, lovely spa and massages on top floor, beautiful swimming pool (was too cold to use in December), and spacious rooms. We ordered room service one night and the food was prompt and tasty.

후기: I recently had a long stay at FTE Ba Đình Hotel, and I was truly impressed by the quality of service here. I stayed in rooms 522 and 725, both of which were clean, beautifully designed, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. nnWhat I appreciate the most is the staff. From the receptionists to the housekeeping team, and even the luggage assistants and customer care staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and maintained a professional attitude at all times. nnI am extremely satisfied and will definitely return when I have the chance. Thank you, FTE Ba Đình, for an amazing experience! nn⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
