롯데 호텔 하노이 (Lotte Hotel Hanoi)

후기: Everything is good, but all the four pillow provided are too soft, my neck start pain from the first night.nRequested hard pillow but not helping.

장점: The hotel has high floors which provide excellent view over Hanoi. Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were hospitable and well-trained. And last but not least, the brunch buffet at Grill 63 restaurant was really good.

후기: This is my second time this year staying in Lotte Hotel Hanoi, and I can say for sure that the services were amazing. nnGreat breakfast buffet spread, friendly & helpful staff, nice smelling lobbies. Even brought me a nice cake for my birthday.nnI can definitely see myself coming back again sometime this year or next year.

장점: The hotel is a class act. Truly a 5 star hotel that provides excellent room service. Great quality food and features a grocery store/mall/bar and multiple restaurants all within the same building. I stayed here the last couple nights of my 2 week stay in Vietnam to wind down and relax. I will definitely be back.

후기: We decided to end our trip in Vietnam here and it is lovely, the pool and spa are amazing, the location is fine if you’re just looking for shopping and things, but it’s a little far out from the typical tourist things, however we had already done them, so we are very happy with the hotel. Everyone is super friendly, and very accommodating.
