KHÁCH SẠN ZAZZ URBAN HỒ CHÍ MINH

Đánh giá: Very clean, great bed and pillows

Điểm cộng: Katy, the manager, and her employees are incredibly accommodating and supportive. They made our visit one we will never forget by giving us and every other guest excellent, cheerful service.rnThe rooms were immaculate. In addition to sweets, they gave us bottled water. They didn't take any wrong turns. rnThey served a fantastic selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, which was excellent.

Đánh giá: No laundry machine in the hotel and no iron in a room. These happen to every hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The pool is small but okay because I don’t use it. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient.

Điểm cộng: The staff and manager were very accommodating. They treated us like family. Exemplary service with a smile and then some.

Đánh giá: Stay here every time I visit Vietnam. Like a second home at this point. Friendly staff!

Đánh giá: - Clean Hoteln- Wifi could be better (slow and unresponsive in one moment, reliable in the next)n-Pool is a nice feature especially to wake you up or cool you downn- Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you!nnThis part of HCMC seems like the area where normal people live (not expats or rich families) so it feels more authentic and sadly also a bit more dirty. But stimulating and fascinating and always very friendly people.

Đánh giá: It’s a little cozy comfortable place, they gave us an upgrade and the rooms were clean and nice.

Điểm cộng: Very clean and modern design. Good location in China Town. Nice staff.

Đánh giá: Very comfortable hotel. Worth of money

Điểm cộng: Cleanliness of the property and the staff were very helpful. It is quite at night because it is located in district 5, 10-15min ride going to the center (district 1) which would only cost you 2-3usd grab ride.

Đánh giá: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but a bit far from the city center

Điểm cộng: Staff very nice 💯

Đánh giá: Overall, it is on point!

Điểm cộng: Very pretty and in a good and convenient place, staff were very kind and patient with us. The AC was amazing especially after a long day of events. The beds are extremely comfortable, and housekeeping is very good at tidying the room perfectly without being too invasive.

Đánh giá: Great Bargain for the price!
