Positive points: The apartment has potential, nice space, utilities to cook simple meals.
Negative points: When we entered the room, the room was not clean. The bed sheets seemed to have been washed, but they had a lot of hairs, and the floor was not mopped. The bathroom was also not very clean.nnWe asked the staff to clean and the outcome wasn't very different, so probably our concept of a clean space is different from their standard.nnDespite kitchen utilities, the space doesn't have a table, so it's complicated even to have breakfast.

Review: The only inconvenience is no elevator.
Positive points: Good pace with convenient location and the room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful while I always forget the card in my room and locked outside lol. you call or text them, they help you right away in very nice and kind way.
Negative points: there’s no chairs in smaller room with balcony and no elevator, but it’s just a minor one. in general the space is super good price and nice. worth the money

Positive points: It was a short stay, so I do have not much to say. The unit is brand new so it was nice enough for one night.
Negative points: I messaged the host whilst I had wifi that I am arriving in 30 minutes, she didn't provide self-checking info, so I had to wait for someone to come at 10:30 pm at night to give me instructions, there were rats on the street, I was really tired, I told her I didn't have wifi, so why not set up payment online and send instructions straight away to save each other hassle. I had to wait for 15 minutes for a girl to come and check me in which feels like forever when you are tired and just want to sleep. Also, there is construction noise in the building from 9 am onwards.

Review: I opened the door, and immediately cockroaches from the hallway entered my room. Then I entered the room, shocked by the numerous cockroaches inside, clearly indicating it hadn't been cleaned before my arrival. I contacted their customer service, asking for solutions, and they told me, 'There's cockroach spray outside go get it and spray them yourself!'n Definitely not the worst place to stay, but their solution is!
