Review: Had to ask for my room to be cleaned a couple of times. But staff are very friendly and helpful. New hotel and in very good condition. Room are modern and clean.
Positive points: Excellent location, clean room and the lady managing the clinic was extremely helpful, polite and kind.

Review: Booked a room for 3 people. They upgraded our room for free. It was very spacious and the toilet has a bathtub. However, my friend said that the sheet of the other bed is not very clean. But overall, it was worth the price.

Positive points: Super nice and helpful receptionist staff. They helped me put up a table to my room for me to work and I can see that they tried their best.
Negative points: Bad preparation. The toilet mat was super dirty when we enter. The restroom smell terrible. And there was no hot water at the first date.

Positive points: What I Like: Overall, the stay was great. The room was clean, and the shower was good.
Negative points: What I Do Not Like: The hotel did not provide free breakfast. There were also a lot of mosquitoes. Although the hotel sprayed mosquito repellent, the smell was unpleasant.

Positive points: The staff at Hoang Yen Hotel are exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home during my stay. Not to mention the location - situated in the heart of District 7 - Phu My Hung, the hotel is conveniently close to many of Saigon's top attractions, making it the perfect base for sightseeing. Overall, my experience at Hoang Yen Hotel was very well
