It's a good hotel with good breakfast and no problems.
Location is a bit out from the center but I prefer like that.
If you like to be in central Beach ho An maybe this is not for you

Positive points: the price of the room, the spacious room, the comfortable bed, the bathtub and the view. however, no halal food in this hotel. but they try to provide the vegetarian food. location was good as near to convenient store and massage place.

Positive points: Great room, excellent location 1min to the beach. Nice breakfast spread. Would stay again.
Negative points: Tried to charge for dirtying the face-towel but told them it was washable and it was resolved.
Review: We were given a lousy rooms with smoke smelly rooms. Family rooms were not as displayed in the Agoda. They are cheating the customers. The rooms were not given as requested , the bathroom were smelly, the rooms were dirty. The rooms filled with old furniture's. It's not 4 star hotel but rather a 3 star hotel. The services from the hotel is really bad. Kept us waiting for more than 2 hours, with children. The hotel manager was not around to solve our problems. Had a bad experiences.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT HOTEL
Positive points: Good size room with a partial view of the ocean.
Negative points: Refrigerator is very small with no freezer.
Positive points: Breakfast is good and lots of variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean the table immediately. Except coffee is cold sometimes, will be good is hot coffee is served.
Negative points: Housekeeping always forgotten to provide enough towels and toiletries (and water) for four of us. Although they deliver immediately after we intercom them but it was so inconvenience for us to call especially we return to hotel late night and wanted to take shower immediately.
Review: The hotel is located in a busy area. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. My children would like it more if the hotel room had a bathtub and a more diverse breakfast buffet menu.
Positive points: All the staff so friendly. Excellent and comfortable rooms. Had a nice stay.

Review: Staff are amazing there and the room was as pictured. Junior suite is a good size and very comfortable.
Positive points: We are given an upgrade on the room that we booked. The restaurant and the reception, especially the staffs, particularly Duc & Yen from the restaurant, for their undivided attention towards us and all other guest. But overall all the staffs are very hardworking n attentive. Cheers to the staffs of this hotel.
Negative points: The toilet exhaust fan. We stayed there for 7 nights and was moved to 2nd room after the third night, both the room's exhaust fan are not working, while they managed to repair the fan for the first room, the 2nd was irreparable, even after we keep on reminds them about it
Review: Hotel and room were very nice, located close to the beach and many restaurants. Staff was not very helpful and could not speak English and did not try much either. Tub flooded the bathroom and staff did nothing about it for entire stay. Also toilet paper holder fell off the wall and they did nothing again. Nice room though.
Positive points: Great location and very friendly and responsive staff.
Negative points: Had a little hitch at check-in but was resolved.
