Đánh giá: The room was not clean at all. It was a very small room with an awkward layout. But if you’re looking for a budget place right in hongdae street this is a good choice!

Điểm cộng: Second stay. The location is slay, Hongdae station and red road are right there but the building is tucked back enough that it’s not loud. The bed and pillows are comfy and I like being able to cook in the kitchen and have a fridge. The bathroom was big too.

Đánh giá: The house is just a few steps away from Train Station and Hongdae. It is also spacious and with complete kitchen amenities. It also has washing machine. The pathway outside the gate of the house is also nice and instagramable. Just be extra careful with the shower room. The floor is slippery when wet.

Đánh giá: There is flies on the curtains, wet toilet paper stuck on the wall (not sure why it was not cleaned), and when im using my phone in the dark, flies would fly to my phone screen and i think one flew into my eye. This is a room in a basement right beside a pavement so you will hear people walking up and down and coming back at 3am in the middle of the night if they bang the gate.nnIts truly not for the fussy and for those not afraid of insects.

Điểm cộng: The room was spacious and offered utilities like personal air conditioning, a desk for working, a mounted television, a stove, kettle, and great water pressure in the shower. The location is within 2 minutes walking of Hongdae's main square, so you are super close to tons of restaurant options. Trash removal was simple, and it was nice to have small tools like shampoo, body wash, and tissues provided at no additional cost. Wi-Fi was also fast. This place was truly a great value. Twice as good as something you would get for only a little less per night. If that wasn't super clear, I mean the value was great.

Đánh giá: The location was good, but the room had several issues. The main problem was that all the electrical plugs were loose. There were only four available outlets in the entire room—two high on the wall for the air conditioner and TV, which couldn't be used, one on the kitchen counter, and another near the laundry area.nnWhen I tried using the kitchen outlet, the plug was loose, and my adapter wouldn’t work. The laundry area outlet worked briefly, but my phone stopped charging after a few seconds. I reached out to the owner for assistance. Initially, he asked me to check the electrical switch, but everything was turned on. Then, he suggested testing the outlets with a hairdryer. The kitchen outlet was completely unusable, and the one near the laundry area had an intermittent connection. Instead of addressing the issue, he insisted that the problem was with my adapter and told me to use a different one. When I explained that I didn’t have an extra adapter, he offered to sell me one instead of fixing the outlet.nnAs a workaround, I had to use a humidifier to support my adapter just to charge my devices. The customer service was poor. Additionally, the bathroom had mold around the sink corners and door, with peeling walls showing more mold. There were also many flies in the room.nnIf you don’t mind staying in such conditions with bad customer service, you can book this place. However, I will never return, despite the good and affordable location, as there are many better guesthouses available.
