Đánh giá: Rooms amenities not complete.nAlot of missing items, very noisy..Housekeeping staffs talking and chatting can be heard.. upper level footsteps could be heard.. cant sleep peacefully
Điểm cộng: Comfortable beds and clean toilets. They offer free shuttle service to certain malls. however, do inform in advance to reserve your slot and it is only 1 way drop off only. The location is good, get to majority of the popular malls and attraction within 20mins or less .
Điểm trừ: There's no nearby mini Mart/convenience stores but there's a vending machine at the lobby , limited options but you could just order grab delivery if you are feeling hungry.

Điểm trừ: Room basin blocked and fridge is not cold at all, consider totally not functioning. rnRoom soundproof is not isolate at all, we can hear very clearly the motorbike from the front road and inside hotel between each room we can hear someone talking, closing the door, etc. rnBreakfast could be more variety, at least could provide more toast (and toaster) and butter.
Đánh giá: Standard hotel. Minus are refrigerator/chill not cold at all. can't request additional room card, they only gave 1 card with reason the next day would be crowded. Not provide hand soap. Staff forgot to provide stirer and missed 1 glass at sink (i booked for two rooms, the other room was completed). Last things is WIFI IS VERY TERRIBLE! NOT WORKING AT ALL

Điểm trừ: There is no soap for washing hands, and the curtain is dusty some local channels are unavailable even though Malaysian and Singaporean channels are.
Đánh giá: The receptionist was new, unsure of the rooms available when we checked in. We booked 2 rooms but it was on seperate floors. We can got hold if another staff to assist in finding 2 rooms on the same floor. After a few mins wait, we were told there are 2 rooms available on the 3rd floor as it was just clean up after the guest left. One of the rooms was clean and tidy. The other room allocated had a musky smell and the toilet esp the shower area was mouldy.

Đánh giá: Aircon was not cold during the entire stay and I was perspiring like crazy when trying to sleep. Room temperature was constantly at 27 degrees despite setting the controls at 19 degrees. Called the front desk at 3am and they sent a technician who came in with his boots to clean the aircon filter that looked like it hasn't been cleaned for years and clogged very badly. Technician went on to clean the filter in my shower area without removing his boots and made a mess of the toilet and the room floor. I had to get housekeeping to come in to clear the mess he created and guess the best part. The aircon was never colder.

Điểm trừ: The key access holder in most room was loose. I was given a room with faulty holder aftet trying many times. Finally they gave me another room however it was lioose as well. But i made it do with W cards weight. nnThe sound proofing of the room was so bad.
Đánh giá: Not a pleasant stay with this Ibis, since the whole night we were suffer due the room was not cold enough.
