评价： Overall, it was a comfortable stay during my trips to Batam. The hotel location is right next to the Batam Centre ferry terminal. We purchased a triple package, which was perfect for our group of three. The room was clean and well-maintained. One area for improvement would be to have more electrical outlets available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options, providing us with good choices. There is a free shuttle bus to the Batam Centre ferry terminal. It’s a great choice for accommodation in Batam, and I would recommend it to my friends.

优点： The staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially Riki whom my 5 year old son liked so much. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Aircon temperature can be set or turned off as it is not centralized, very good.

优点： Good service from the receptionists. Variety food choices for breakfast. My room is clean and spacious. Many tv channels are available. I love the sea view from my room!

评价： Had lunch on the 1st day at Harris. The food took 30 to 45 min.nWhen the food came, it's was cold like it had been left aside for a long time. I'm guessing that's why the food took so long. The cream of mushroon soup had a weird smell.

优点： Breakfast buffett is fantastic. Front counter service provides excellent service with a smile. Room is splendidly clean and I always leave a tip for the housekeeper. And they always put me in a room facing the sea. Beautiful. And the best part? It is right next to Batam Ferry Terminal and 2 major shopping malls within walking distance. Absolutely love the location.

优点： The hotel staff was kind to inform us about breakfast promotion price when we arrived. We decided to pay for the breakfast buffet for next morning. Spread is good in terms of variety and the staff entertained us with mascot and dance performance in between the breakfast timing. rnThe hotel location is nearby Megamall shopping centre and ferry terminal. Overall, the hotel staff are friendly and approachable.

Ginger tea is yummy. Pool was clean. The gym is okay. Only need to be aired. Stuffy and smells a bit.nnBreakfast:nWide variety. Keep replenishing. Egg station fast. Mie Ayam was great.nnHotel Room. nNormal. Bathroom was fine also. Only downside is a bit dusty and stuffy. Rooms need to be aired to get the musky smell out. nnIn a nutshell, its a good place for short stays. Easy to get food.

评价： My stay was truly enjoyable. All the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly—they always greeted me with a smile and were ready to help with anything I needed. I really appreciated how delicious and well-prepared the food was every meal felt thoughtfully made. The location was also a big plus—very convenient and just a short walk to the nearby mall. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely love to come back!

评价： Located right next to Batam Center ferry. Got a small see decent mall opposite. City view faces the Welcome to Batam post and the Grand Mosque. Nice view. Room is decent and quite clean. Bring your own water bottle to self to refill. Stay was pleasant especially the staff Treshta who was smiley, proactive and most helpful. Overall happy to stay here.

优点： Breakfast buffet is excellent. I especially love the eggs and the warm service provided. Counter service is top notch and friendly. I absolutely love the room. Very comfortable with a seaview. Superbly clean.
