Review: The place is a homestay, it was recently renovated and it's brand new , super clean . The window is multy layer so low sound from outside road. Kitchen have cooking plate , rice cooker, microwave and big fridge.Super helpful host and perfect English.nentrance was easy to find on main road .nnHowever.nnThe room is on second floor with steep stairs, and few times elevator was off.nThe first floor is nail salon, so zero privacy, people will see you in and out,nn

Positive points: This is in a good location in Hanoi, 4 blocks from a Winmart for snacks and small items. 6 blocks to a bank with an ATM. 0.9KM to the Fuji Mart for you grocery needs. If you are from out of country you can take a Grab (Vietnam uber) to just about any location for the equivalent of 2-4 dollars US. The room is above a nail salon. You leave your shoes outside and take sandals, walk in through the salon and take an elevator up to the 2nd floor. You're given a key to the room and a remote for the rolling shutter for the salon. You can come and go as you please. There may be a person taking a nap in the back hallway. It's all very charming. The room itself is quite large for a suite, plenty of room for two. The hostess speaks reasonable english to conduct your transaction and prefers cash. The room has utensils, plates, several pans, a plugin stove top, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a blow dryer. It came stocked with 2 waters and a Coke when I arrived which was nice because I was very thirsty. The fridge is big enough that you can head over to the Winmart or Fujimart and buy a 5L water and put it sideways on the shelf no problem. You can cook your own meals on the stove top if you want. The view is of the street, across the street is a party headquarters and a police station. There is shopping on the streets, tailors, high end clothiers, there's fried chicken place at the corner. The room itself is quite even with the traffic outside and the windows open if you want to stick your head out. It has an AC which cools the room nicely.

Positive points: You get your own large bed (king), kitchen, dishware and cooking supplies, bathroom with soap and a toothbrush, a large and small towel, a tv, fridge, and sofa with a tea set + green tea. It’s really more than you could ever ask for.

Positive points: Very clean and new property. Nail Salon right downstairs which is so convenient for me! They have elevator and very friendly host. Highly recommend!

Positive points: Chỗ ở cực kì sạch sẽ, thoải mái, an ninh, an toàn. Phòng cực kì sạch và đủ các dụng cụ cá nhân cần thiết. Phòng mới, khang trang. Dưới nhà còn có tiệm nail. Chị chủ cực kì thân thiện, nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ khách hết mực. Mình đã lưu chỗ ở này vào danh sách yêu thích của mình. Nếu ra lại HN mình sẽ tiếp tục book ở đây 😍😍😍😍 cực kì hài lòng 💯💯💯
