Positive points: Room was very clean, well managed and extremely well located, within 100m of the COEX / City Airport Terminal.

Negative points: Room was a bit small - barely had room to have my luggage open (and didn’t seem to have a luggage rack)

Positive points: First time staying in Gangnam instead of the usual Myeongdong area and I have to say that the location is great! COEX Mall is very near with access to subways (Samseong and Bongeunsa stations) as well as the bus that travels directly to and from Incheon Airport. There are also bus stops that are within walking distance. Several convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby as well. Check-in/check-out process is smooth.

Negative points: The only issue I had is the size of the room as it can be tough to open several large luggage but the facilities and amenities (fast WiFi, mini ref, hair dryer, gym access, sauna access for men, luggage scale in the lobby, etc.) are great and made the whole stay comfortable and worth it.

Positive points: Location is excellent. The room is new and clean.

Negative points: The staffs were inexperience in handling situations. We got a room that the toilet didn't work properly and needed to change the room. It took time and the staffs did not help us as they should have.

Positive points: It was good and the location was accessible. There was a designated smoking area.

Negative points: The sauna was only for men so my girlfriend cannot go to the women’s sauna because there was none.

Review: The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk from Coex. A convenient store, McDonalds and Oliver Young nearby. It’s quite far if you would want to get to Bongeunsa station (need to go through the entire Coex to get to the other end to reach the station). However, the airport bus terminal is easy to reach from the hotel.

Positive points: Location is great as it is close to restaurants and COEX Mall, subway stations, and airport bus stop. The room was bigger than I expected according to other reviews. We had a double bed (more like a queen) and a twin bed - perfect for our family of 3. Daily water bottles were appreciated and the rooms were clean.

Negative points: It was winter so only the heat was on, which made the room very warm, but we were able to open the window and stay comfortable. Due to this, we did hear some noise from people on the street, but it wasn’t terrible.

Review: Room was too warm for comfort even though heater was turned off. There was cigarette smell coming out from toilet exhaust fan. Other than the above, all was good.
