Review: nI recently spent one night at Santika Hotel and it was truly one of the most unforgettable stays of my life.nnFrom the moment we arrived, the staff beyond to make us feel welcome. nnBreakfast was outstanding with both local and international options. The dishes were delicious.nnStaff were incredibly warm, professional, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked.nn

Review: Đã ở lại 2 đêm riêng biệt. Thích bữa sáng rất đa dạng. Phòng và giường sạch sẽ. Cũng có các cửa hàng thức ăn nhanh gần đó. Chồng tôi đã để quên túi sau bữa tối tại nhà hàng, chỉ nhận ra vào sáng hôm sau sau bữa sáng của chúng tôi. Túi đã được quản lý giữ an toàn. Rất cảm kích. Cảm ơn bạn!!!

Review: Địa điểm này mang lại giá trị tuyệt vời với vị trí không thể đánh bại, dễ dàng để khám phá khu vực. Sự sạch sẽ thì không có gì phải phàn nàn, và đội ngũ nhân viên thì vô cùng thân thiện và chu đáo. Các tiện nghi như hồ bơi được bảo trì tốt, góp phần tăng thêm sự hài lòng tổng thể. Hơn nữa, bữa sáng được phục vụ rất tuyệt vời, và kích thước phòng rộng rãi, tạo ra một bầu không khí thoải mái cho việc thư giãn.
Negative points: Chairs in rooms need some soft things on the legs. They are loud above when trying to sleep

Positive points: Clean, modern - nicest hotel in Padang. Breakfast was fantastic and staff was professional and very helpful.
Negative points: Room doors can be better sealed because any noise from the hallway woke us up but in general it was pretty quiet.
Review: Check in at 4pm after a long day of travelling but the room was still not ready. We only got our room at 6pm. The staff claimed they had to clean the room but the toilets were still mouldy and dirty not sure what they cleaned? The staff was very slow at getting back to us
Positive points: Breakfast was excellent! Great variety of selections. Plenty of seating and friendly staff.
Negative points: The hallway outside my door was loud. I could hear loud echo everytime people were talking outside.
Review: Booked the hotel for short trip and the hotel was very satisfactory across all level. The highlight are the staff and they are very accommodating snd helpful. Top service from them. Location and amenities are good as well. Location is central so is very accessible to many location. 10/10 recommend

Negative points: Maybe start to treat your loyal customers better instead of holding on to “policy”. Hate when people say “it’s our policy” even when natural events occur.
Review: Refer to my previous review. In summary Santika has a better value and larger bedrooms and ocean views but that’s all. The gym and pool are tiny and staff unwelcoming with an ordinary bar that serves warm beer. We moved to ZHM and were very happy with thier amenities, service, location, pool, bar and a commercial sized gym. Only part were they arent as competitive is their room size for the price. Santika rooms are superior by being larger, comfier and slightly more modern. Santika is ok but IMO ZHM is better for Westerners.
