Negative points: Staff can’t communicate well

Negative points: No view. Down stairs restaurant no good. Breakfast buffet bad... Toast about only option

Negative points: 1) The rooms were hot, between 25 and 30 degrees Celcius.rn2) When we flushed the toilets, a terrible sewage smell spread throughout the room.rn3) The gym was difficult to access.rn4) The water park next door we expected to use with our children was closed (not the hotel's fault, but made our experience worse)rn5) The hotel was very busy and crowded so that taking the elevator to our room on the 18th floor took between 5 and 10 minutes each trip because the elevator stopped on every floor.rn6) Breakfast was bland and repetitive - the same food was served three days in a row, and the breakfast dining room was very crowded.rn7) The location was not convenient to reach any tourist destinations or points of interest for our stay (which we knew ahead of time but were hoping to make the tradeoff for water park access and the lower price of the rooms). This required long rides on the crowded metro.

Negative points: There are 3 elevators for 19 floors! And they work crazy!! We waited 20+ minutes to go down for breakfast and to check out! Both times we ended up riding all the way up and then down stopping on every floor and no one could get on because it was full!

Negative points: Gym only opens at 9am on weekends, that's crazy. Aircon is not working, temperature was hot at 26 degrees.

Negative points: There was no air condition and front desk have said that it is due to cold season / october but there should have been some alternatives because the inside of the room was really hot.

Negative points: Only Korean food was served for breakfast. The hotel hosts an international clientele. It should serve a variety of foods such as bacon and eggs, croissants, etc.

Negative points: There wasn’t an outlet by the desk to plug in a laptop. There were scuffs and stains on the wall, particularly around the toilet like guests before us had missed the toilet and peed on the wall. We liked that the window in the bathroom opened but a lot of dirt on the screen, so couldn’t really enjoy the view. The breakfast was great for the first few days and then pretty monotonous. No variety in what is offered. Would have appreciated a bit more fruit. After a few days, I started to skip breakfasts and bought coffee and a pastry elsewhere. Also the lights on the control between the beds made it hard to fall asleep. Would be nice if there was a blackout cover for that. But overall a comfortable stay.

Negative points: dirty room with moulds on the wall, smell and they refuse to provide me the invoice!!
