Positive points: this not hotel, why put 4 stars. not honest to customer wwhen show up photo in website. i book 3 room, but available two room.. when check out pay 3 rooms. that not good

Positive points: The room is spacious。Close to markets and cafes. Walking distance.
Negative points: There is no hot water on cloudy days. There is no air conditioning, only a cooler, so it is cold. They don't change the sheets for 3 days.

Positive points: I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. I went out with friends.
Negative points: Hotel provides the coffee bags and cups but no hot water or kettle/ water heater.

The size of the room! It was super clean and room service cleaned everyday, which meant fresh towels everyday which I appreciated.
Location was also great, right across the street from chợ bảo lộc which was convenient.
Negative points: The doors to room let in too much light. Would be nice if it was darker.

We were so happy with the property. Staff was so helpful.
There was a plant/flower market going on for preparation of Tết ( new year). It made it felt so festive. Such a nice experience.

Bên dưới có spa, rất tiện lợi.
