Review: Great room and friendly staff. Though one of the house keeping staff threw away something of mine thinking it was trash.
Positive points: The location was perfect for what we wanted.nThe hotel staff were so great! They were polite and friendly and very helpful.nThe room was cleaned beautifully and they laundry service was quick and easy.nWe will definitely stay again.
Review: Near enough to convenience and supermarkets, restaurants and subway. Room is big and love the mini washer in the kitchennHowever, there was construction next door and they even work on saturdays & Sunday 8am!
Positive points: The man at reception was able to help us get a taxi to a new hotel
Negative points: The room is not what it is as advertised. It was so dirty we had to get a new hotel last minute, only to be charged for the night. So disappointing. nThe walls were filthy, everything was dusty and stained and the bath tub was pink with dirt. There was no city view as advertised, there were actually no windows. nIt reminded me of a dirty dungeon and was really depressing. nThey advertise the best hotel awards from 2015, I don't think anything has been referbed since then.
Positive points: Location, room size, cleanliness, WiFi speed.
Negative points: Just minor issues. I would expect some wardrobe instead of the clothing rack. The lights switch was annoying in the night as they were flashing brightly in the night. A bit small window, not much light during the day, albeit the bathroom lighting was quite bad if someone needs to put some makeup on.

Review: The Room is big and spacious and there’s a massage chair in the room. Recommended!! Walking distance from train station and very convenient to go Hongdae.

Positive points: Everything is just excellent … location, specious,clean room, friendly staff
Positive points: Outside the center but that is probably why it was good value. We had a bath and shower. Despite being outside the center the train station was a 2 min walk so it worked really well.
Negative points: No breakfast available and restaurant was closed. Staff didn’t speak English

Positive points: We had a nice stay here. The room was larger than most hotels and it had a huge bath! We found that the location was perfect for us in being on the main train line and only 5 minute walk from Dangsan station. There were also plenty of great food options just a few minute walk from the hotel as well as plenty of coffee shops too.
Review: 두번째 방문이었어요. 실내 온도 조절이 잘 안되서 살짝 추웠네요. 그래도 대체로 편안한 시간 보낼수 있었습니다.

Negative points: Poor workmanship all around. Many fixtures were run down, needed maintenance. Walls in need of repair. Stains all over corridor floor.
