Hotel Hanoi Blue

Review: The room was good, it has windows but could able to open only one window. When open window, it's covered by a metal sheet. Only one receptionist Tram An was good, the house keeping staff was also good, she offered me a fruit. The other receptionist , I don't know her name, she was a bit confused and asked me twice when I'm going to check out. The first time I told her that I will check out at 11:50 AM, the checkout time is upto 12:00 noon. After 5 minutes, she knocked my door and and again asked when I'm going to check out. I don't like that receptionist. She must not knock the door unnecessarily and disturb the guests. She can inquiry this through WhatsApp phone number given during check-in. A lot of disturbance can be heard throughout the night from neighbouring restaurants or houses, I'm not sure which places. I could able to sleep first night, the second and third nights I couldn't able to sleep because of so much disturbance by drunken neighbours in nearby restaurants or bars or houses. I suggest to avoid this place if you want to sleep well at night.

Positive points: They have got to remove the name executive from this room. That room was a health hazard. Luckily the air-conditioning was good, left the window a tiny bit open so too many mosquitoes won't get in so we could breath better as the smell of mould has taken over the room as well as the suage smell from the bathroom. It was late and we were exhausted and didn't spend too much time in the room if not we would have definitely moved somewhere else. They cut off the slippers that looked so weird. Staff was nice.

Review: The hotel did not provide us with the room we had reserved, leaving my family and I quite disappointed and without alternative accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive points: Excellent location... Very close to My khe beach.. it's surrounded by good restaurants you can enjoy good food around. Room size was good enough for 4 persons to stay comfortably. I will definitely recommend it for everyone who wants to travel on budget.

Review: Great stay, we stayed for a week and we liked it. They provide everything and the room we got was huge, bigger than most apartments i had rented around the world, especially in Europe.

The hot water doesn't work very well, but it's not cold, that's my only minus.

Review: I recommend this place. We arrived at the hotel and asked for early check in although they charged us a fee but yes it was available, the room for early check in was not in same hotel so they shifted us to other hotel, they even paid for our taxi to the other hotel. Must stay at their hotel.

Positive points: Very friendly staff. My room was big and very comfy. Even if the location is in the very center of Danang, i could not complain about the noise (except weekends karaoke). Clean. A good place for longer stay.
