The Ocean Villas (Managed by The Ocean Resort)

Review: This is our 2nd time staying here. Everything in this resort is planned and carried out to ensure guests have a perfect stay, down to the smallest detail. The service, food, pools, beach, and grounds are all worth your money. The resort is large and super quiet, calm, and soothing. There are always free chairs around the pools and the beach. The staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful, they were friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a villa that offered an extremely well-stocked, complimentary minibar and pantry, pools, and comfortable bedrooms. The entire property is surrounded by trees and lakes, but there are no insects, which is a huge plus to me. Please come and check it out!

Review: Breakfast, commuter, some of staffs and scenery surrounding were awesome. However, the first receptionist we met on Dec 27 late night did not have a good hospitality. Rooms at building B is old and smelly maybe due to poor ventilation and drainage system. The first thing we encountered was a cockroach as soon as we entered our room. We had to ask the receptionist to help us remove it. We didn’t see a proactive reaction from him. The sockets seemed dangerous that we didn’t dare to use most of them. Surprisingly, we were charged 3 million VND for deposit if anything in the room gets damaged or lost. But my friends, who stayed at the same type of room and same building, were charged 1 million VND only (A bit weird and skeptical for me)

Positive points: Quiet location and friendly staffs. Best place for family vocation.

Review: Easy to get to Hoi an or Da nang city, especially when you rent a car

Positive points: The place was nice. The villa itself was very comfortable and clean. Location facing the beach was very nice.

Review: It's residence hotel. It offers enough spaces like home and kind staff.
Especially they run fee shuttle bus to old town. It is beneficial and effective for our family. We went to the old town every day.
And it located between the beach and old town. There is no any store and restaurants nearby unfortunately.
If u buy all stuff before, it won't be a problem

Positive points: Proximity to the beach and golf courses.

Review: I was a bit worried because I saw many resorts under construction in the area and empty. But Ocean Villas is a fully functional resort here. The location is good, not far from Da Nang city centre and on the way to Hoi An, so you get the best of both worlds. The staff are extremely nice and help my family in both check-in and check-out. We have the whole 2 BR apartment for our family of 4 with small children and we were totally comfortable in it. Not very far from the beach as well with a huge pool as alternative. Highly recommended for the value.

Review: I decided to spend a bit more and book a villa. The villas themselves are good though they are not aging well. The AC in our Villa master bedroom was blowing hot air / no cooling at all. It was really hot and our first night was horrible. The staff failed to resolve the issue whilst we were away during the day and we had to call them to send maintenance a second time. Maintenance then argued with us telling us the AC was working. Yes - but it’s not cooling……so it’s not really working. They eventually unlocked another room in the villa that had an AC that worked. Second night was much better. The beds are not great - cheap / hard sprung mattresses. Great for durability, not good if you need a good nights sleep. The sofas are cheap / narrow and poorly supported. Hard to sit on them actually. Over all - really disappointing. The staff were little to no help / they seemed content to do the bare minimum. Sadly - won’t be staying here again.

Positive points: Beautiful location and view. Restful time. Great breakfast a few steps away from the beach. Nice, reasonable, and clean onsite spa with skilled massage therapists.

Review: Nice property but inadequate single bathroom gor 2 bedroom bungalow. What's the point of room without bathroom in such luxurious facility?

Just remember to buy some groceries befote check in bcz theres no mini mart

Positive points: villas were decent size but were poorly maintained. lights not working in bathroom. facilities looked old and worn out.

Review: Great. a little old but it is great. And the breakfast was wonderful. The beach is beautiful.
