Review: Nice rooms, great bathroom. Hotel is opposite the hospital. Old Hanoi can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes, costs about 80,000 VND
Positive points: “Hotel du Monde was a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, and I loved the peaceful location—close to the city but away from the noise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The on-site restaurant and bar were also convenient and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!”

Positive points: I chose this hotel because it was close to Tam Anh hospital. It is literally across the street from the hospital.
Negative points: They are stingy on utilities like air conditioning and hot water. First I checked into one room and the AC was not working. They moved me to another room. The AC was working but it took a while to cool. There was no hot water in the room and it was uncomfortable to take a shower. The water was like warm and the hotel staff said they cannot increase the temperature. So I checked out of that room and the hotel and moved to a different hotel which was further away from the hospital but had good air conditioning and hot water.
