Thien Phu Garden Hotel

Review: Value for money, with a view of the bridge and the river at the cafe. Can't ask for more at the price.

Review: You can book this facility if you are not planning to visit old quarters onlt since the hotel is on the other side of the river but the garden inside the hotel and the view of the river is worth every penny.

Positive points: Cozy and clean rooms, cafe downstairs, friendly and helpful staff, great location, fast wifi, GREAT price, only 5 minute cab ride to the Old Quarter, close to supermarkets and shopping centers

Review: We got given our room (not the one we booked) and we had to ask to change because of the strong smell emitting from the bathroom. There was no window and it smelt like mold and cleaning products (not the good kind). There was never anyone on reception so you had to yell to alert someone. It’s located on the other side of the bridge which connects you to the Old Quarter and you can’t walk over the bridge so you need to take a bike or a car into the centre. However, the garden area was lovely .

Positive points: The location was great and everything was very clean. The room had everything you could need, including kitchen and dish ware. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. I like that they serve coffee downstairs in the lobby as well!

Review: From the photos it was not clear that the room had no window to the outside, there was just a wall right behind it. AC worked, WiFi ok, hot water, but the mould in the bathroom seems to be coming back a bit, someone tried to remove it but it looked like they gave up at some point. If you get a cheap deal and you're not too fussy, it's ok. The garden is nice with a view to a charmingly industrial looking bridge and the river.

Positive points: Cafe was cute and the view but everything else was not good.

Review: Khách sạn khá là oke , ngaoif ra còn có quán cà phê view cũng đpej, gần với khu vực Hoàn kiếm, tiện đi chơi phố đi bộ .... Chỉ có điều là đồ nội thất trong khách sạn hơi cũ chút, nhưng giá cũng khá hợp lí nên không có gì để phàn nàn. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chỗ để xe máy rộng.

Positive points: Location itself is nice, bit hidden from the city but quick and easy to get anywhere. Also the cafe is a nice place.

Positive points: Good room, fast WiFi, location is ok with grocery stores nearby, but you need to book a cheap grab ride for visit old quarter.

Review: I read reviews and thought how bad it can be, but is was worse. In the bathroom there is fluffy mold on the wall, floor in the room even through it looked washed, was sticky. First floor room window was in the wall of a next building, maybe 15 sm apart, no natural light at any time of the day. The location is behind no-pedestrian bridge, therefore need to take a bus or a taxi to get to the old quarter. It is very sad as with good maintenance it could have been a nice place. Would recommend choosing something else.
