Review: Tôi yêu Hà Nội nhưng không thích những điểm du lịch đông đúc ở trung tâm. Nơi này nằm xa những điều đó. Thật tuyệt khi đi làm một vài điều du lịch và rồi quay trở lại nơi này, tránh xa sự ồn ào. Nhân viên ở đây thật tuyệt vời. Tôi có một số điện thoại Việt Nam và có vấn đề với thẻ sim. Cậu thanh niên đứng sau quầy đã dành khoảng 20 - 30 phút để khắc phục sự cố, lên mạng, kiểm tra cài đặt của tôi, hướng dẫn tôi tìm một cửa hàng điện thoại, v.v. Cuối cùng cậu ấy đã làm cho nó hoạt động. May cho tôi nếu không tôi đã bị kẹt lại.
