Điểm cộng: The location was amazing and the hotel being tiered down the mountain was incredible. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the buffet breakfast and all the other food and drinks we had were fantastic and the grounds were amazing as well.

Đánh giá: A perfect place for a short weekend escape! The resort offers breathtaking views, fresh mountain air, and a peaceful atmosphere—exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for those looking for a tranquil getaway.

Đánh giá: Hotel yang sangat nyaman di area bedugul, fasilitas komplit , view yang sangat bagus, area sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan lokal, mini market, laundry. Saya memilih tipe family room, ranjang double bed cukup besar, dan yang saya suka adalah posisi bathtub dengan shower yang berdekatan sehingga tidak mengotorkan area toilet. Rasa makanan breakfast nya juga okay, nasi goreng, mie goreng bahkan croisant nya enak 👍👍

Namun, sayang nya di area kids club gak ada staff yang berjaga 😔.

Điểm cộng: Great hotel and location.. nice and cool, barely used the Aircon during our stay. Swimming pool very cold. Lovely view of the mountains at sunset and sunrise. It tends to rain most of the day after 1pm in the afternoon. Room very comfortable. The Staff I thought were great and professional.

Đánh giá: We had an excellent 6 nights stay in HOMM Baturiti. First of all, the service of the staff were marvelous, all the staff at reception (Wanda, Novita to name a few), at the spa and recreation (Jun, Armada, Jesica, Angge, Rai etc) and also the F&B team (always helpful and full of smile) (sorry can’t remember all the names. From my heart, i will give beyond the 5 stars to all the team-members of the HOMM team at Baturiti! You deserve beyond 5 stars great hospitality!

The breakfast was of good quality and had a such a wide spread…local and western. We tried the Bebek kunyit at cafe Toya and that was delicious. The spa experiences were fabulous, we had the couple package that came with a 2hrs+ hiking plus their inner calm massages, we also tried their deep work and facial. All was beyond great!!
We stayed in the deluxe queen room with Mountain View and simply loved it!! We never grew tired and waking up to the beautiful view and breathing in the fresh air. The room was clean, big and beautifully furnished! The compound is well kept and clean. Well done to the property maintenance team!

The only area for improvement is that Gym could be better maintained…aircon is not working well and only one treadmill is working. Water can be infused and the placemat for the cups needs to be washed and dried.

We stayed through Nyepi and had a marvelous experience where we experienced …a day the Bali island rest from traffic and all types of man-made pollution. Actually the earth needs this.
Overall, we had a fabulous and memorable stay. We will be back!!!

Đánh giá: Never been to a more undermaintainanced hotel like this before. We checked-in on last day of the year, many staff is outsourced so some is has no clue if you asked anything. New year eve diner buffet by the pool was terrible. The breakfast was not great either, worst cappucino in my life. Me and my kids got stuck inside the inclined elevator, got so pannicked, screamed for helped but no staff was at the lower part on thr hotel. I pressed the emergency button for help, thankfully there was a garderner passed by who were there helped to forceful open the glassdoor. From day one we we checked in, they messed up our room type, need to move to another room, until when we check out they double charged the extra bed, and insisted i have not pay for it on the first day which i had even though I showed them the bank receipt. I have never been to a more frustrated experience ever when I am in bali. Me and my family usually go to bali at least twice a year, every year, staying in so many different hotels, but this is definitely our worst one.
