Positive points: Beautiful resort with amazing bungalows with the best views. Close to a waterfall, great staff, restaurant is wonderful, top notch. Just have to get there!nnThe fresh teas were some of our favorite things.

Positive points: This is my third time visiting Clove Tree Hill and will definitely not be my last. As it's been three years since my last visit, the gradens have grown so much and you really do feel like you're in a tropical rainforest. The Timpu Sampi waterfall is it's usually gorgeous self now with better stairs and path leading to it, and while we there nearly an hour, there not a single other person there. Bliss! The food is carefully and beautifully prepared - my new favourite is the tomato burschetta - definitely worth trying! The villas are exactly as I recall - beautifully designed and perfectly positioned over the rice fields.

Review: Lovely clean, spacious villa with a view of the rice terraces to die for. Courteous, helpful staff. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Superb supper mains….mahi mahi, prawns thermidor and chicken stuffed with prawns, all in tasty sauces were all delicious. The desserts were great…. Crème Brule and a rich chocolate mousse with Kailua were excellent. Beautiful pool with cool water and at times views of Mount Batakuru. We often had the pool to our selves. Great walks through the food forests. And last but certainly not least a gorgeous waterfall which we had to ourselves and where we enjoyed swimming in a deep pool. Edenlike!

Review: This was my second time going to Bali and I wanted to stay in somewhere I can enjoy rice field view. Finding a place in Ubud was an option but I wanted to be surrounded by nature. Clove Tree Hill is far from city. It is not convenient, but because of that I was able to experience local Bali without being bothered. nFood here is also really really tasty. It was the best in Bali. The smoothie I had was best in my life. I ate and drunk so much and gained weight but it is worthy. nStaff here are all friendly and welcoming.

Review: The place was very peaceful. A bit further out so keep that in mind. The views of the rice fields were amazing. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. Only thing to be mindful of is there are a lot of stairs for those who are less mobile.

Review: Colve Tree Hill is a hideaway from the busy south of bali. You can enjoy the rice fields, a little waterfall, the pool and the good restaurant in an absolutly relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
