- The staff are lovely and very enthusiastic, a huge plus 💯. Next to the home, there is a lounge also belonging to the home, a comfortable space with delicious cocktails 👏

Positive points: Nice and safe area to walk around, with walking distance to restaurants, grocery market, atm... The staff was very nice and helpful in anyway to our needs during our stay (found out laundry was inclusive in the stay, which is a nice surprise!) Our balcony unit is cozy and bright, the bedroom is large, w/ comfy bed, & ample closet space. Kitchenette is very basic, but we ate out most of the time so didn't really use it — microwave and basic eater ware was nice for left-over usage though. Downstairs is a cute coffee shop, very convenient for waking up coffee!

Review: Very conveniently located within walking distance of malls, stores and restaurant. They have on street parking available at no additional cost, in addition to paid garage parking. The rooms are airy, well decorated and equipped with necessary amenities. The beds were very clean and comfortable.
They have a cafe in the building which serves good coffee and cocktails. Complementary coupons were provided with the room. The people were super friendly and helpful. Recommended for long and short term stays.

Positive points: This apartment is located in a new area of Saigon. Roads are wide and many restaurants and shops nearby walking distance. 20 minutes to bustling city by bike or car. Easy to get grab bike/car/food. The room is exactly the same as photos. There is a huge fridge, microwave, iron/board, cold aircon, comfortable bedding, large toiletries for shampoo n shower gel unlike hotel tiny ones, hairdryer etc. The room is really lovely and I love the deco in the room. WiFi is superb! Hotel Staff Bailey is super attentive and helpful with all my needs.

There is a delicious vegan restaurant just across the street and Korean food and coffee just around the corner.

The only complaint - you advertise that parking is included, but you do not actually have overnight parking. This is not helpful and should not count as "free parking" as you advertise.

Positive points: Amazing service! Special mention for the ever smiling and friendly manager Bailey, who thought outside the box to modify and customize its pillow thickness to fit customer’s preferences. Free laundry service, welcome drinks at its beautiful bar chatting with its hospitable founder are also fantastic.

Review: This property is very quaint and cute. It’s near many restaurants & shopping malls. The staff and manager, Bayley are very accommodating and friendly! We plan to stay here whenever we visit or have business in HCMC!

Review: We have stayed in district 7 regularly and been to many hotels and serviced apts. Flatto is our favorite. Bailey and the staff from the cafe/bar are wonderful, too.
