Positive points: Great pool, lovely room with air con, perfect location near the town and on the way to beach. Most importantly, the owners were so welcoming. Vy made sure we had the best stay. Bikes were free to use and they arranged our transport to the airport too.

Right next to a good gym and some lovely cafes too. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Hoi An.

Positive points: Ivy the host was super helpful! it's a quiet place little bit far from the centre, but there's a bike for free to go around.

Hotel room very spacious , room cleaned everyday , pool to myself most of the time.
Nice walking distance into town , over a dozen bicycle's to choose from.
Take advantage of them into town , to the beach and cycle across the paddy fields to Rio coffee , a picturesque cafe popular with the locals , hence very good prices.
Great value on the whole and happy to return on my next trip to Hoi An .

Positive points: Amazing location out of the busy old town, but close to the beautiful rice fields and only a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride (which they provide) from the old town. The owners were very hospitable and made you feel at home, offering bicycles for free as well as arranging transport to the next accommodation. We loved it so much we extended our stay by 2 days.

Positive points: The room is comfortable and spacious. I ended up staying here for eight nights. They cleaned my room and provided supplies daily.
The facilities are good. The air conditioner is Panasonic, the refrigerator is Electrolux, and the TV in the lobby is Samsung. From this, I can tell that they maintain the place well.
The owner, Vy, and everyone here are friendly and warm. They always greet you with a big smile whenever they see you, which makes you feel very welcome.
By the way, their pho bo is very delicious. In my opinion, it's even tastier than many restaurants in town.
