Positive points: We are returning guests and love it here.
The rooms are stunning and the attention to detail is second to none - linens and towels are excellent quality. Staff are always fantastic.

Negative points: The restaurant and food offering do not match up to the rest of the hotel. It's almost as if it's 2 different entities. Breakfast very poor and restaurant design and atmosphere not good.

Positive points: Brilliant, safe location close to all the key sights. The room was clean and tidy with a view of a nicely decorated wall - but no daylight as on one of the lower floors. Family were staying in other rooms which did not have that issue though. Breakfast was good with lots of options and the staff were very helpful. I would stay again.

Negative points: The place felt a little tired / dated.

Review: Very attentive reception wonderful unlimited breakfast brunch with over 40 choices and an omelette bar. Only a three minute walk to the famous lake. This is an amazing place.

Review: Location is good. Bathroom is not so clean. Bath towels give me the feelings they were old (not whitish white.)

Hotel staff are super nice. Breakfast buffet is ok. This is a 2.5-3 Star hotel
