Positive points: - Close to a place I need to visit

Negative points: - Receptionist attitude: very rude n- Payment method: you have to pay in full before you stay even though u show your ID/Passport.n- Room description vs reality: not even close to the displaying photos. n- Old room and equipments (the mini fridge sounded like it could explode anytime).n- Insects run around at night.

Review: The hotel is clean, has good service, new rooms, and is located near tourist attractions such as the Temple of Literature and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Positive points: I liked how the location is off the main drag so not as noisy at night.

Negative points: Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Safe was already locked when I got there so I couldn’t use it.

Review: All was good except bathtub on room305 was leaking each time we took a bath, cable tv was only local channels. Otherwise it was a great stay.
