9.0 Really nice if street facing apartment! - &quotKatt&quot 09-03-2024

Positive points: Nice view when unit is facing street, clean, and new apartment with new appliances and furnishings. Good AC with air purifier options, washer in kitchen and dryer on balcony. Good amount of bottled water supplied for multiple day stay. Good housekeeping and quick service from host when an issue came up.

Negative points: Leak on 2nd night in bathroom so they moved me to another room very quickly. Mattress isn't the best even though new, woke up with achy back, napped on couch for more firmness. No soap or detergent supplied, so you must purchase yourself.

Review: This is an apartment specifically designed for Japanese professionals, so it is very clean and tidy. From the security guards to the cleaning staff, everyone is very friendly and professional. Everyone in my family likes it. Next time we go to Hanoi, we will continue to book here.
