Positive points: This hotel is absoluty amazing! It is very clean, spacious and the beds are wonderfull, really soft and comfortable! Best bed we had in Vietnam so far (and we have been here for a month). The staff is also really sweet and welcoming. Loved it! Location is not really near the typical tourist place (old quarter) but the location is still good, lots of facilities.

Positive points: Other than the clean room and super friendly staff, being able to walk/ride a 5-min grab bike to everywhere downtown was the best thing about this location.

Positive points: Large Service Apartment-style hotel located in a bustling commercial area. Bedroom, Living Room and Bathroom were very large and had 2 tables/desks. Had a laundry machine and dryer we could use and an elevator Staff was very responsive for requests, and helped us smoothly check in at 4am. Located on a street where car's can drive, so very easy for taxi drop-off (not the case for all hanoi hotels). Would stay here again
