评价： The place was good. There was also a convenience store at the ground floor. We only didn't like that the room smelled of cigarettes despite it being designated as a nom-smoking room.

优点： The AC was cool enough to cool down the room. The hotel has one convenient store which was better.

评价： Stayed here for a 2-day business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful – really appreciated their service. The hotel has complete facilities, and there’s even an Indomaret in the lobby which was super convenient.nnReception could be a bit more friendly and informative though. I requested a wake-up call on my last day — not sure if I was just sleeping too deeply or if they forgot, but I didn’t hear anything 😅nnOverall, it was a good stay and I’d definitely consider coming back next time I’m in Tangerang!
