Review: Good property with wonderful supporting staff and located in the middle of the old quarters.
Positive points: Amazing location, Right on the Old Quarter / Lake / Train Street etc, great rooftop bar with views over the city and lake.
Negative points:
Booked for the rooftop pool but it's FREEZING cold, probably refreshing for a hot day but not an enjoyable and relaxing dip, Wall are very thin so expect to hear echoey voices from the hallway if it's a busy floor.
Book a suite if you have lots of luggage as the regular room is quite lacking in space but no problems with the room just space wise can be tight.

Positive points: Breakfast amazing, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and nice atmosphere. Amazing roof top bar and pool. Rooms beautiful and beds super comfy.

Negative points: The twin room felt a bit cramped and very dark. Things felt a bit hectic in the lobby.
Review: Nice staff, lobby, and breakfast. Rooms are pretty small even though I got an upgraded room. Pool is small, but has nice view. For the price and location, not easy to get something better in old town. As with most hotels in Vietnam, facilities/rooms don’t look as good as pictures.
Positive points: Great location and room- but a little hectic in the thick of all the action.

Positive points: The staff were very accomidating moving rooms due to recent construction. Very quick and effective which did not effect our stay

Positive points: Nice comfortable room in a good location. There are many places to eat nearby and it’s right by the lake. The surrounding area has narrow streets and some are one-way, so getting a taxi or Grab car sometimes takes a bit longer than normal. The surrounding area is a bit loud in the late evening but it gets quiet after 10:00 or 11:00 pm. The bathroom and shower is pretty nice and clean.

Positive points: Family Room , breakfast Buffet and Location was very good but i would recommend for Future guests to Tell them where nearby Restaurants are , also inform Tourists about Train Street Timings for example a bit more insights :)
Negative points: The Rooms were to dark because no Windows, Which is no Problem but then the lights should be Brighter .
