Đánh giá: Room was ok. Breakfast not nice at all and mosquitoes flying around.
Điểm cộng: Staff tried their absolute best to make us feel comfortable and the room was great with the bed being a highlight of stay!
Điểm trừ: The surrounding area is abit sketchy, however the hotel made sure to have a staff to receive us when we returned at night and even when we had ordered food from gojek. Was very appreciative of it!

Điểm cộng: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! All the staff were very friendly. The highlight for us was definitely the exceptional service provided by Guest Relations Officer Ms Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made our stay feel special.. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely highly recommend..

Đánh giá: The lobby and room, very good. The staff, friendly and helpful. The price for such a beautiful room is definitely worth it.

Điểm trừ: TV connections are poor...no networkrnCannot find the switch to switch off the ceiling lights above the bed when we are about to sleep. When technician came to switch off, only then realize that the wall switch was hidden behind the bed frame. Obviously, the room setting is wrong with the table at the corner.

Điểm cộng: Breakfast spread was good and they even changed the menu on my second morning here. They also had an indomie station, love that there were different flavours to choose from. The staff were very accommodating, they received my lapis delivery and helped to keep it while I was out. I placed a do not disturb sign when I left the room for the day, but the staff was so kind to text me to confirm if any housekeeping was needed. They were truly attentive.
Đánh giá: The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff they were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The building is very old and lacks proper facilities, which made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was the same every single day with no variety, which became tiring quickly. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling for a tour or looking for a more comfortable experience.nn
