9.0 Superb - Julia 22-01-2025

Positive points: We went there in the offseason and were the only guests. We arrived late and got to see the beauty of the place the next morning. The waterfalls are amazing and the bungalow is right next to the stream.

Negative points: Some things did not work right away, like the water. The reason is that there might not have been guests for a longer time because it was offseason. Two men came right away to help us solve the problem. The flush didn't work at all.

5.0 A big dissapointment in a beautiful surrounding - Emma 12-01-2025

Positive points: The chalet room itself is beautiful, looking out on the waterfalls and greenery.

Negative points: The whole experience was a complete dissapointment. The property is completly run down, everything is broken and not in use… The restaurant area is dirty and slippery. When we arrived the bed sheets were super dirty and even smelled like someone had slept in them! The room “cleaning” was a quick sweep, not even making the bed or actually cleaning.. The food was very (!) expensive and the worst food we had during our whole trip in Vietnam. They also messed up our food and drink orders by bringing the wrong orders several times. Eventually all this but especially the horrible food was the reason we left one day earlier than planned. The staff doesnt speek English. Such a shame that they have let this place run down like this, because the surroundings are like paradise!

9.0 A beautiful nature getaway - Taisia 15-12-2024

Positive points: Outstanding place. very peaceful and aligned with nature. Cool room design, comfortable. Surrounding - just breathtaking... Definitely go and explore the waterfall with huge stones. Even though the houses close to each other, it invisible from the windows, so you really feel private and secure.

Negative points: There is cool bathtub, but never enough hot water to actually fill it even for a half.
The internet was weak we cant even watch something on the big TV that rooms has. You may not need a TV in a beautiful place like this, but when its dark at 6 pm and nowhere to go - its an option. But - staff gave us other room and internet there was better.

Positive points: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to a serene river stream, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Positive points: If you love waterfalls, nature, hiking and a beautiful place to sleep amongst it all. This is the place to go. We loved it. It's a little rough around the edges but totally worth it.

7.0 Beautiful rooms but inaccurate payment information and poor food - Idina 14-11-2024

Positive points: The rooms were stunning. We stayed in the bungalows and they had been designed, constructed and maintained to a very high level.

Negative points: The food was average to poor and we couldn’t pay by card, only bank transfer or cash. There was no signal to receive two factor authentication texts and we didn’t have enough cash (you have to pay for the rooms there too) so this was difficult. The information provided about payment types is inaccurate. The food was texted in advance as a menu and the portions were very variable - a shrimp skewer was two small prawns, whereas a bowl of potato was enormous.

Positive points: Location next to waterfalls is amazing. Although it was in the middle of raining season, it was possible to make a jungle/waterfall hike, it was stunning! Prepare to get soaked though ). Due to the bad weather, I was the only guest, Still they managed to prepare some great meals. All the stay has been fantastic, compliments!

Positive points: I recently stayed at a bungalow located right by a waterfall, and it was an amazing experience! The room was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. One of the highlights for me was falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waterfall at night. I also really appreciated having hot water, especially after we were chilled from our drive. Another great perk was having waterfalls on the property where you can take a refreshing swim. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway!

Positive points: What a gem of a place. A really magical stay we had a fantastic room with balcony, bath and rain shower, overlooking the river. The room was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. Made from two storage containers and finished to the highest standard. Fridge, tea, coffee etc. the setting is out of this world. You walk outside your room and a few meters away are stunning waterfalls and safe swimming areas.
The food was excellent although you need to order in advance, however this is as they buy the produce from local markets.
The food prices are fair as are the drinks. The whole team are polite and attentive to your needs.
They offer extras like tours so go prepared with extra money, we didn’t realise this was on offer before arriving. They only take cash.
It is a stunning location your own little piece of paradise.
Also lovely to see minimal plastic in use, food on banana leaves, etc. we stayed for two night which was ample, I would ensure money for hikes etc if staying longer. The team will take you to local village cashpoint 5 km away for a small fee, if you need more money. WiFi worked very well in room and most outside locations.

Negative points: The food was excellent, however when we first saw the menu and had to choose, it seemed expensive. It wasn’t, many of their dishes serve 3 to 4 people. For example the fried rice is on the menu for 135,000 VND which seemed a lot, however we didn’t realise the portion comforably would serve 3, making it good value.
