Review:
The staffs are good, friendly and helpful which is a plus.
My seaview room (2517) was on 5th floor, I like it, not love it as the furniture, floor looks quite old, need to renovated.
I like the big bathroom with bathtub (seaview), wide balcony but it looks not too interesting.
The room rate is high but not as my expectation.
The location is hidden, so hard to book a grabcar or motobike to get there.
The price for F&B is too high.
I like outdoor activities and the landscape around, kayak, canal boat and bicycle riding are good.
Positive points:
Room was exceptional beach pool villa! Had all you can think of in a luxury resort.
Since the hotel is quite isolated, there was a good selection of restaurants.
Lots of activities to choose from.
Negative points: Unfortunately the weather was not good during our days at Angsana, raining and windy. Which means this hotel stay will not become our top memory.
Review: The weather wasn't the best but there were other activities that kept the kids occupied and the hotel was well prepared with bouncy castles, kids corners during themed dinners. Staff were helpful, friendly and the pool suite was great for my family.
Positive points: Great resort with friendly staff

-The beach is not clean , too much broken seashell.
- rough floor when we get off the bus which is not safe for high heel.
- staff is not efficient to handle guests requested however given guests the impression the tips must be given!
- tennis court is not good quality.
- the road to the resort is very dark, feel very scary when guests arrived at night time.

We had a day staying at the place to celebrate a birthday.
Very good services. They prepared some small and nice in-room decorations and also a birthday cake. We had a great dinner with good food and quality enjoyable time despite the storm Tramy coming. They all went well. A little bit pricy but typical for 5 star services.
Positive points: Beautiful property. Beautiful staff. Lovely breakfast
Negative points: Isolated. Pool closed at 6,30 pm. Two hours to hoi an. One and a half hours to hue. No villages around. No shops. No cultural experience. Had to catch a taxi to nearest village. 20 km away. No entertainment. No music.

It’s my second time to stay here. I like how quiet the place is and staff are helpful and friendly.
The only inconvenience is there is no convenience stores or marts nearby because it kind of located out of nowhere. Overalls still liked the place and would definitely stay again!
Positive points:
Beautiful gardens and excellent pool. Lovely beach.
Clean large comfortable room with great view. Kids loved the included inflatable slide. And the pool toys (additional cost)
Good happy hour from 3pm at pool bar.
amazing delicious champagne breakfast buffet with so much choice.

Negative points: Very remote so no options to eat outside of resort. Restaurants very good, had 3 great dinners but ends up being very expensive with prices, additional tax and service charge for everything.
Review: This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was delightful, the spa was absolutely beautiful and all the service was outstanding. The only downside is that it is pretty far from any tourist sites. But for a beach vacation, you can not beat it.

Review: The hotel is gorgeous. It is a bit far from the Danang but you have everything at this resort hotel. There are plenty of food options, activities, and a pool and beach available. I plan to return
Positive points: The resort is spectacular!!..We were upgraded with additional charge to plunge pool room. This was great..and probably think that this would be a must. The main pool is crazy, great!!
Negative points: There was nothing really to dislike. We weren’t informed that there was a great little village on the river with restaurants not far away which was disappointing that we didn’t explore this and a couple of other close attractions. Be careful of the costs of food/alchohol…pretty much Sydney prices. In saying that, the food was great!!
Review: Amazing hotel. Great rooms, great food, great view, great, great, great!!!
Positive points: The pool was really big and nice to swim in. Also, the full bar was really cool. There's also very nice long beach very clean. It was nice that the hotel offered some activity like a pool, ping-pong and table tennis. Good service and really friendly staff!
Negative points: The hotel has 5 stars but according to us this is more like a low 4 star hotel due to its outdated facilities. Also, the prices for food and beverages were really expensice, even more than in other actual 5 star resort that we have been in Vietnam.

We booked & paid for this short break in May for what we considered to be a very peaceful/tranquil location around 1 hours drive north of Da Nang. It was meant to be 4 wonderful days of R & R at the end of an exhausting 3 week tour of Vietnam. One week before we were due to arrive the Management informed us by message that our stay would co-inside with a large Indian Wedding (450 people) & that there might be some disruption!
There were a number of incidents over the period we were there, here's a few examples:
I ask them to confirm which Restaurants would be closed & was informed only Moomba would be closed on the Friday evening. We tried to have lunch in the Market Place restaurant Thursday lunchtime & were told it was closed for the Indian Wedding. We booked dinner that evening at The Water Court & when we arrived it was closed for the Wedding & we were taken to the Azure Restaurant & were told me could select from the Water Court's menu & it would be brought to us from that restaurant. Felt we were being treated like 2nd class citizens!!
Overnight Thursday staff were constructing a very large stage on the beach fairly close to where we were staying. At around 06:00 Friday morning the Wedding planners decided to sound check the sound systems which must have woken everyone up. No consideration was given to us or any other couples or families who weren't associated with the wedding.
I spoke with a number of other guests not associated with the Wedding & just about everyone was totally fed-up with it. The staff were very apologetic but responsibility rests with the Management, they should have informed all guests not associated with the Wedding months in advance & offered alternative accommodation or a full re-fund. It's totally pointless informing us 1 week beforehand.
Review: We had a fantastic week at Angsana Lang Co. The weather was mixed, but that didn't hamper the enjoyment. There is loads to do, our kids especially loved the under water scooters . The food is fantastic and they come to clean your room twice a day, which was a luxury. We can't wait to return again.
Positive points: Location, rooms were superb, pools and surroundings. Breakfast was great.
Negative points: Restaurants. Too specialised, and too expensive. Not nearly enough choice.
