Review: Hotel is modern, well located. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was included but not spectacular. Staff especially the male manager was quite rude. The female receptionist were pleasant.
Positive points: It was a nice room, comfortable bed, clean and spacious hotel
Negative points: The front desk receptionist did not make a friendly effort to be helpful.
Review: Great 4 star hotel in hagiang city. Large rooms, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, clean rooms and nice breakfast.
Positive points: Spacious rooms, warm and quiet rooms in a great spot. If you’re staying over the weekend, the street becomes pedestrian only with a local market taking place till late.
Negative points: Staff does not speak English but was friendly. Use a translation app to get what you want.
Review: Clean and nice room. Terrible smell of rotting food near lift on restaurant floor level. Smokers inside near reception not acceptable
Positive points: It was great to stay there before and after our Ha Giang loop trip. Great room. Good shower. Nice bed. They did our laundry overnight really quickly and for a great price. The pool was great and nice to lounge beside.
Negative points: The food and the breakfast was not worth it. Eat at other restaurants. Really good ones about a 10 to 15 minutes walk.
Review: At last soft beds and shower that doesn't flood the room. Food was good but it smelled so bad near the elevator on the dining room level near the kitchen. Garbage maybe not taken out. Heater worked well. Staff need to have better English.
Positive points: The room is spacious. Great views from the room. Bed 🛌 is very comfortable. Breakfast 🍳 is excellent.
Negative points: Toilet was not clean when arriving. Very hard to communicate. Maybe 🤔 English speaking people are not in their main focus. Exception Manh from the reception. Manh also organized me a limousine bus ticket 🎫 to Hanoi which worked perfectly.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Nhu Y Spa service in Yen Bien Hotel.
Apparently, this spa is not even apart of the hotel, however, Hotel reception will give customers a voucher for foot spa service, then we customers comes to the spa, of course they will try to up sale more service, and this voucher then becomes useless, customers does not get any discount from this voucher, basically a marketing trick which is unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel. The worst is customer service from this spa, bad skills, male and female customers are to be put into the same small room for a foot, neck and shoulders massage, while allowing the male customers to be shirtless, drunk and loud, dirty talk, It was just a totally disaster, extremely uncomfortable experience, unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel to cooperate with such spa business
I and my mum expected a relaxing massage after long drive wonderful trip in Ha Giang, then we end up in this spa the last night of the trip, sitting in the same room with those shirtless males who are rude and disgraceful and that the spa manager did not do anything to resolve the issue when I raised the concern that I and my mum were extremely uncomfortable. She basically said, this food massage is only for public access, if I and my mum want a private room then upgrade the service. What a terrible response. I did not need the massage to start with. I just wanted my mum to have a relaxing foot massage at the end of the trip, and this end up ruined it for us. Personally, I felt like I got scammed and I was at a massage place for after party drunk male service kind of spa. The only lucky thing is this happened at the end of the trip, not at the beginning.
