Positive points: A really unique experience staying in the Hmong style house “The Mellow“ with underground bathroom only accessible via tunnel. Stunning views from huge private terrace including outdoor jacuzzi. Personal butler prepared well-designed daily itineraries. Resort employs local ethnic minorities and provides income opportunities for the surrounding Hmong, Tay and Dao communities.
Negative points: Surrounded by primary forest, insects including mosquitoes are part of the experience. Repellent provided everywhere, nonetheless some bites unavoidable.
