Winter Spring Hotel Ninh Kieu Quay

Review: When arriving at the location, the hotel was under renovation, and I was taken to an affiliated hotel with a small standard room on the mezzanine, very different from the room shown in the picture. I agreed to switch to a higher-priced room, but by 4:30 PM, there was still no room available, and I was led into a room costing 100,000 more than the price booked on Agoda. The room had a large window but was leaking water, soaking my backpack and clothes. They should stop using the app after completing hotel repairs, as leading guests to a worse affiliated hotel makes them feel deceived. Not recommended.

Positive points: Staff are super friendly, very clean, price is good and right at the city center.

Positive points: The girl behind the front desk was excellent. The room was basic but had everything you wanted for a one night stay. It’s very close to the night markets (1 min walk)

Review: The room is okay. But my child is just over 1 month old and I have a bigger one who is 12. The two brothers take care of each other, but I went to the bathroom and messed up the bedding, and I was forced to compensate 700, after begging for a while it went down to 450 because my child is sick and just got back from the hospital, so it's really tight, sigh.

Review: Very close to the central walking street, just step out and you're there, cheap price. The rest, however, the rooms are too small, small to the point of being hard to breathe, no amenities, there's no space to walk if you put the suitcase on the floor, the hotel has no elevator, you have to carry your suitcase yourself, very frightening.
