Review: I booked it online in a hurry for work. But the actual experience exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, fully equipped, the room smelled pleasant, the hotel receptionists often asked me what I needed and if there was anything uncomfortable, they were extremely cute. The location is beautiful, convenient and very secure. Next time I go to Saigon, I will still book here.
Positive points: It’s a nice, clean place. The interior design is lovely.nI asked to cancel a few nights and they agreed immediately and didn’t charge anything which was very nice of them.
Negative points: This is a self-check in hotel. It wasn’t clear enough when I booked, so this was an unpleasant surprise.nIt says “private check in” in the description which is misleading. Since I booked last minute and was in a hurry I didn’t try to go figure what this obscure definition means.nnThe staff is very attentive over chat, but it’s a very impersonal experience. It feels almost like talking to AI.nnAlso, the lobby has motorcycles parked in it, which block the entrance.
Review: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, and I loved the fresh air whenever I stepped outside. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, I would definitely stay here again.
Positive points: Comfortable bed, enclosed stall shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain with large bottles of body wash and shampoo provided. Super easy check-in via key code and fast communication in English with the host via WhatsApp at any time. Having a lift (elevator) was great. Good location within easy walking distance of major sights. Extremely reasonable price.
Negative points: Not much space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries but easy to use the kitchenette counter just outside the bathroom door for this purpose. No desk or chairs in the room so the only place to sit is on the bed (or go down to the lobby where there’s a large table with chairs). Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Positive points: The room is small but nicely furnished. There is a big wardrobe to store luggages and organize your stuff. Very clean. Our room had a kitchen corner equipped with basic ingredients and stuff for cooking a small meal, prepare tea and coffee, the fridge was CLEAN too. Shared spaces: Washing/drying machine in the roof and some space to hang the clothes. There is a little table and chairs to chill during the sunset and a nice view of the surrounding. The shared kitchen and bathroom were also very clean and organized. The People at the front desk does not speak English but messaging through booking is easy since it translate automatically. They helped us with transportations and answered our questions quickly. The location is great, nice restaurants (also vegetarian), shops, coffee shops around. The location is very authentic and not crowded as the main streets around. We loved staying in Lamy's house, very recommended.
Positive points: I absolutely loved the decor and staff, they were very sweet and accommodating. One of them even drove me to a lunch place so I didn’t have to walk. :-)
