Positive points: I didn’t eat breakfast there , don’t know!rnThe location was good for me to meet most of my friends.rnThe hotel watch our luggage, so we can enjoy free hand to walk in streets.

Review: Clean beautiful and amazing staff service. Reception was incredibly helpful for any issues and all staff was polite. The provisions in the hotel room was everything we needed and more! I really recommended this hotel to all!

Review: I booked Windsor Plaza Hotel through Agoda because the listing clearly stated that complimentary late check-out until 4 PM could be requested. That was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. However, upon check-in, I was informed that a 4 PM check-out would cost half a day’s room rate. This is not just misleading — it's false advertising.nnWhen I questioned the staff about it, the excuses kept changing. First, I was told I needed to book a bigger room. Then suddenly, I had to be a member of some hotel program to be eligible. It was clear the staff had no consistent answer — or worse, they were making it up as they went. To make matters worse, the staff member I dealt with was blatantly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.nnFor a hotel that claims to be 5-star, the service was shockingly poor. There was no accountability, no courtesy, and clearly no intention to honor what was advertised. This experience was a complete letdown and a waste of time and money.nnAgoda, I strongly urge you to remove the claim about complimentary late check-out from this hotel’s listing. It is misleading and dishonest. And seriously — who in their right mind would pay half a day’s price just to stay 3 extra hours?nnWindsor Plaza should be ashamed of this level of service. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend anyone waste their money here

Positive points: Beautiful hotel, auto blinds, bathtub and shower, lots of elevators, restaurants and staff were great.

Positive points: The hotel is comfortable and fantastic with large elevators for moving luggages. It is in a very convenient location to visit famous landmarks.nThe hotel’s employees (Lan and Mi) were very helpful for any questions.
