Review: Tempat breakfast dan lift sangat bau sampai menempel di baju baunya.. seprei dan handuk sudah abu2 butek warnanya padahal hotel tergolong baru.. tempatnya sih bagus tapi seperti tidak siap untuk jadi hotel bintang 5.. sangat poorly maintained
Review: There are Westin,Ascott,Sheraton in same area but this hotel is also good for the one who want a reasonable price.

Positive points: Very good location as it’s very close to everything,super mall is just cross the road,all the staff are very friendly and helpful,recommend
Positive points: New property and clean. Close to pakuwan mall.
Negative points: Rooms doors were squeaky and hard to close. No bathrobe was there so had to request for one. It’s opposite of pakuwan mall but can’t cross the road and reach. Need to take a bike or taxi.
Positive points: Very satisfying nOnly delay 15 minutes when check in process due to issue on the door room that not closed well. The the officer move to other room. Other than that, everything is great include the facility to drop to the front mall with hotel car for free.

Positive points: The location was perfect for my appointment at the US consulate. Very comfortable bed and pillows and good shower with good pressure and the water was always warm. Easy check in and check out. The view from the room was excellent. Breakfast was good enough. Plenty of options
Negative points: a few flying gnats? or something like that, concentrated in the bathroom/shower area, with a few making it outside in to the room
Positive points: Onsite gym was not finished so the hotel supplied a near by gym free of charge and transportation. Was great.
Negative points: The hotel food was extremely expensive. We ate elsewhere.
