Review: Karena jadi 1 dengan mall jadi parkir agak ribet lift dari parkiran ke hotel sempet rusak jadi saya harus menelusuri jalan mobil sebanyak 3 lantai.

Review: Stay in this hotel again and again..nHelpful and friendly staff, especially at the groundfloor lobby who always sweetly greet the guests.nHowever, hotel needs to improve the maintainance as the room where I stayed had the basin clogged and flooded. Breakfast also need to be improved. Yes, it offers many variaties, but taste not here nor there.

Positive points: You have so many option to eat at the attached mall specifically the Chinese paradise restaurant is a must try! We’re leaving early morning and we got offered by having our breakfast packed to go! Hotel is beautiful and clean, staffs are kind and helpful. The location is also a plus
Negative points: The bad smell on the entrance when we entered to the first lobby after getting off! We’ve been here more than two days now and still it smells bad! But after entering to the 8th floor it’s ok!
Review: With location near highway and surrounding by restaurants make tej stay become more enjoyable. nRoom still in good condition even hotel is not new and staff is really helpful from front desk, breakfast area till drop off area. nGreat stay there and hope they will keep the good services.nCW Hotel also offer quite competitive price vs similar hotel.n👍👍👍👍👍
Positive points: The location is good. The breakfast offers a various foods.
Negative points: The bathtub water is a bit dirty. If you use the hot water, theres some residue on it, which makes the water brown. I recede after I ask for help, but it still lingers a bit.

Negative points: From the day one, the room was smelly. We asked for the room changing, but it was still smelly, until we bought ourselves from ACE Hardware, 2 bottles of room freshener, one bottle of stick diffuser. We asked the staff, it was because of the air conditioner freon leaking to all areas of hotel.rnrnCan you imagine 5 nights with all smell from the corridor hotel till inside the room? If we can move to another hotel, we would like too. It was because we have paid from day 1.

Positive points: Overall the room was spacious and facilities were adequate. The pool view was indeed amazing as it overlooked the city and was facing one of the tall mountains in Surabaya. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and helpful!
Negative points: It looked alittle old for the inside of the room. The refridgerator was working, but seems to be a little spoilt as well, with missing internal compaarments.
