Positive points: Breakfast is yummy. So homey feel. Noodle (chicken pho) was freshly cooked during the breakfast hours of 7-9am. The staffs are super friendly and staying here felt safe

Positive points: Location,location. Great place to stay if you want a quiet environment. Room is spacious and clean. Bed’s comfortable considering you’re in Vietnam. Staffs are helpful. Communication is not problem. Will be back .

Review: The hotel is small but clean. It has all the amenities. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious. There were three of us, so we booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed at a discounted price of 912k through Agoda, which included breakfast and is very reasonable.

Negative points: Terrible experience. I had a bad feeling the moment I got out of the elevator and saw what looks like a hallway from a horror movie - dirty, stained walls, stained carpet. The room I got had all kinds of stains on the walls and on the floor. As a bonus, there was an ant infestation. I found hair on the bed and pillows and requested for all the beddings to be changed. The housekeeper begrudgingly did it while complaining the entire time, along the lines of it's just hair - to give you an idea of the standard of hygiene they have.nThe towels look like they should have been retired years ago. Some of them look literally like cleaning rags. nStaff was very unprofessional. Expect to see them laying / slouching / napping on the couch in the reception all the time.nFor the price they charge, trust me, you can get much much much better rooms in much more central locations.

6.0 Fair enough for one or two nights, not suitable for a long stay - Hai 22-05-2023

Positive points: Breakfast was nice, and the lady who is in charge of it encouraged me to eat more. I was in a hurry so I didn't eat much, but it was good.

Negative points: The room key/card really sucks. It didn't work the first time, and the staff had to give me another one, but they didn't tell me which one is for the room and which is for the elevator. Really troublesome.

7.0 An overnight stay at the Hotel around Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho - Ricky 05-06-2022

Positive points: The staff is very helpful, kind and could speak basic English. Also, the internet is okay and there is a place for the guest to work online (a table and a chair, next to the bed)...city view is also okay, but don't expect more. I wanna come back next time. Thanks to the hotel and management.

Negative points: I booked for a day with a normal price in the market place, and surprisingly it turned out the price is good for two hours only and had no choice I had to pay for an overnight stay. I didn't ask but I was given for almost 4 usd discount for the accommodation. Thanks for that. nnThe funny part is the balcony being declared feature of the hotel, partnered with booking.com, see it by yourself there. Haha😊
