Positive points: Nice location in the city center, the beds were clean and comfortable, the host was very polite, helpful and got us new slippers when there’s not enough for everybody.
Negative points: Not enough toilets and bathrooms if the hostel’s full, the water in the shower was not hot enough and the bathroom drain was a bit clogged. The city itself was quiet and there’s not much to do.
Positive points: The staff was super nice
Negative points: The air conditioning was broken and it was freezing
Positive points: The people who run it are super nice and kindly, super recommend
Positive points: The owner and her kids were super friendly. The beds and blankets very comfy and cozy and smelled so clean and fresh.
Positive points: There is fridge to store fruit and yourgt, and provide drinking water to refill.
Positive points: Good beds decent shower. Bike parking in foyer. Great value.
Negative points: Not much to do in town.
Review: The house is clean, tidy, and cozy the management is friendly and chatty. I will come back if I have the chance, thank you!
Positive points: Good stay in Meo Vac. Not many options in this area that are affordable for backpackers. Met the expectations. Didn't exceed though.
Negative points: Staff could be friendly. They didn't seem to care about anything. Even if you need assistance with anything, they aren't that responsive. A friend fell ill during the tour and we wanted some assistance, but we had to figure things out on our own.
Positive points:
As the rooms have very big beds one was enough for the 4 of us, luckily we could still cancel the other room.
Service was good, Nice view at the top.
Negative points: No dinner was available although there was a menu. Luckily city centre was closeby
Positive points: It was quiet of a nighttime. Comfortable mattress. Staff was polite,helpful and had a good command of English. Helped me organise a local bus back to Ha giang. Pool table was fun. Bfast was good. (Had to pay for coffee )
Positive points: Beds were super comfortable and the staff were really nice. They even washed our bike for us!
Negative points: Bathroom was fine but only one bathroom for a whole floor could be an issue if the whole dorm is full. Also breakfast was very early wish there was a larger range of time.
